Updated Information for Parents: Equipment Checkout Dates

Please mark your calendars for these important dates:

Equipment Checkout:
July 21 and July 28
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Location: Perry Park

Please come ONLY during the appropriate time below. We will NOT be able to accommodate those who arrive at the incorrect time.

  • 9:00 – 10:30 a.m.    JV and Unlimited players
  • 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.    MM, JPW and PW players

You and your child must attend one of these equipment checkout dates. All forms MUST be turned in on the date you come for equipment; application, medical history and physical, report card, volunteer form and refund policy. If any forms are missing you will NOT receive equipment. All fees must be paid by this date as well.
